Maybe the best "no nonsense" action movie from recent years. When most action movies rely on distracting movie editing to hide lazy filmmaking, John Wick: Chapter 2 is a rare breed and two steps above the competition.

Hacksaw Ridge
Maybe the only war hero with no guns. Hacksaw Ridge is very intense, but that really shouldn’t stop you from watching it, because it’s absolutely phenomenal.
